I've got a parts cooler and a hotend cooler that I would like to control with 3 wires. On a Ramps 1.4, I would connect both positive's together and use the negatives to control on/off with the ramps FET's. Is this possible with the Duet 1.04? Ive looked for a schematic but could not find one.

@colten The fan connectors on the Duet switch the negative side.

Try the one before last page here https://github.com/T3P3/Duet/blob/master/Duet2/Duet2v1.04/DuetWifiv1.04a_Schematic.pdf

thanks. definitely looks like fans are connected to +12/24 and then the gnd is modulated.

Yes, you can do the same on the Duet.
