Duet WiFi dont work
-
Hi guys,
I have a problem with my Duet WiFi.
At the moment I have a printer in maintenance from the work, which I should equip with the Duet Wifi.So far so good. Now I'm on the stand, everything works great and I just have to play around with the slicer settings.
The printer has also been running smoothly for a few weeks! But suddenly I wanted to start the printer one morning and noticed that this is not logging into my WLAN. Since I have no display, so operate exclusively on the web interface, I get no feedback of course.
So I went and wanted to connect the board directly via USB to the laptop. But there is no reaction. The PC does not even notice that a USB device has been connected ...What could be the problem? What can I do?
I measured the voltage. The 3.3V and 5V supply seems to be guaranteed. Also I have been able to measure the oscilator that outputs the 12MHz ...I would be very grateful if you could help me!
best regards

Presumably you've been through the list on the wiki?

Thank you for the tip!
I will try it next week! -
Well, I have followed the instructions on the page.
First, I deleted the firmware and actually, immediately finds the PC a device (Bossa program port). So far so good!
Then I picked out the right firmware (Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin) and burned it with "BOSSA 1.9.1" on the board. But once the firmware has been flashed, the PC does not recognize a device again ...So what next?

When you flashed the firmware, did you check the Erase All, Lock, and Boot to Flash options?
-
Does your PC report an unknown USB device when you connect the Duet?
-
Check that the size of the firmware file you downloaded matches the size in GitHub.
