i dont see where the trigger height of 0.7 is set.
try deleting all G10 commands from the config and overwrite

lets make sure you are editing the correct config.g
issue the command M906 and post the output.
then decrease the motor current in the config.g by 100, restart
issue the command M906 and post the output. -
