      Hello,

I have one more question ...

My printer is finalized and I'm getting very good results!

However, I have a problem! As soon as my Bowden starts to heat up, I always have the PLA running (1 or 2 cm). I put in my final G_code a final retraction, it is useless ... do you have an idea, a tip?

I also have this problem at the end of heating, a net remains on the piece.

      Configuration:

      • vLite6 HotEnd Bowden in 1.75 E3D
      • v0.4 E3D nozzle
      • Titan Extruder E3D
      • Slimline Motor E3D

      This set is authentic E3D.

      G-End Code:

      • G1 E-5 F300

      I usually warm between 190 ° C and 205 ° C

      Thank you for your help.

You could try turning your part cooling fan on full blast at the end of the print as well for a minute or so to help cooling the hotend more quickly and hopefully prevent some ooze.

Vous pouvez également essayer de mettre votre ventilateur de refroidissement de pièce en marche à la fin de l'impression

Thank you for your advice, if I put my fan, the problem is that the filament still flows so much and solidifies right away, which is harder to remove afterwards. Or maybe the output of my fan is not on the right position? Does the fan outlet (nozzle) need to blow on the exit nozzle of my filament or oriented on my bed?

          Thank you

            Hi,

You do not want the part cooling fan to blow on the nozzle. To the extent possible you only want it to blow on the part.

            I have a setup using a Zesty Nimble extruder feeding a E3D v6 hotend.

With PLA I have no issues with oozing other than 1-2 mm after priming the nozzle.

I suspect you may have pressure buildup in the Bowden tube. The "Pressure Advance" feature may help.

And perhaps switching to a E3D v6 hotend rather than the "lite" version.

Je soupçonne que vous pourriez avoir une accumulation de pression dans le tube de Bowden

Thank you for your reply !

To be honest, I suspected for a while the pressure it could have in the PTFE tube between the extruder and my E3D Lite. I noticed that the filament runs more when my print head is close to my extruder which may be a tension of the PTFE tube and a pressure of my filament since the PTFE is well bent "like a brake cable from bike in a sheath for example! "
