    hello i've accidentally erased the firmware of my "panel due 7i" by the button "erase", but i've tried to reinstall it by ''bossa'' software and it doesn't worked ,the actual state of the panel is when is turn on there no boot screen and just print a black screen

      When you say Bossa doesn't work, do you mean it won't run, or won't see the panel? If it's not working and you're on a Mac, see this thread: https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/11445/flashing-firmware-on-mac-os-x

        i don't see the panel andhe refuse to write

          Check that you are using a USB cable with power AND data wires; many USB leads are only for power/charging. Disconnect the PanelDue from the Duet, and connect PanelDue to your PC. Press the erase button for 1 second, wait a couple of seconds, press reset. If you're using a laptop, some laptops don't provide enough power from their USB port to power the PanelDue 7i and backlight; try using a different, high power port, or a PC.

            the usb cable is the one gived with the duet 2 ethernet and for the power the back light light on so i think it's enough

              @kyll hello! i have this problem too,try another usb port or another pc.
              i rezolve with another pc.
              not all base plate pc suport usb data conection.

                @susan thanks i resolved my problem by taking the good version of the firmware mine get an ''i'' at the end of his name
