Hi all! Finally back at it with my Tevo Little Monster I have converted to a duet wifi, smart effector and 360mm magball arms. I'm so close to getting it up and printing I can taste the PLA. I've got my firmware all setup and can actually print, but my prints are coming out skewed. On some sides the infill wont touch the outer walls, and others it overlaps by quite a bit. I'll attach my a photo of my heightmap, which shows the issue that is translating into my prints. Anyone know what could cause this? It's my first delta printer, so I'm not really up to snuff on the tuning of issues. Heightmap.png

You'll want to go through this if you haven't already: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer

Have you done the autocalibration G32 before running mesh bed leveling?, post the results

@Phaedrux Thank you for the incredibly quick reply! I have in fact went through that page and checked build quality, squareness, tightness of carriages etc. Nothing is out of place that I can find, and I cant see any effector tilt according to the bubble level on top.

@boldnuts I have, and I'm getting an average deviation of 0.060.

Did you lubricate the mag balls as Haydn recommends ?

Could it be that the bed isn't flat? Check it with a straight edge, such as a steel rule. If it's a removable bed, try rotating it 90 degrees and see if that causes the height map to change.
