M305 P0 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 0
M305 P1 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 1B4138 is the default and most likely wrong for your thermistor
M563 P0 D0 H1 F0 ; define tool 0
you are configuring heater 1 but connected the wires to heater 2.

@Veti
Had tried using heater 2, but went back to heater 1. Will check thermistor settings, but these settings were from the configuration tool. -

yes but you have to enter the correct ones yourself. B4138 is the default value.
the configuration tool had no way of knowing which thermistor is on your printer.another check. you are selecting tool 0 using gcode T0 before doing any tests?

@Veti
apparently the B value should be 3950. will try this and retest.
Thankyou. -

Thankyou.that was a side note. a wrong value will just result in the wrong temperature of the thermistors.

@Veti
ok so this doesn't resolve the 0 power to heaters. -
@larabe please answer the question above, posed again here:
you are selecting tool 0 using gcode T0 before doing any tests?
Please also post a screenshot of Duet Web Control, so we can see the terminal/console, where you enter T0, and the fault condition.

The wifi does not function on this board, so i am unable to use web control. Tool selection was set up in the configuration tool. -
@elmoret
Also I am using usb connection with simplify 3d software. -

what have you done to counter the grounding loop that you are creating?

It will be difficult to help you without accurate information about things.
You still have not answered the question about T0.

@Veti
I use a usb cable with a ferrite ring on it. -

ferrite bead are for reducing high frequency noise, it has no effect on a grounding loop.

Tim
as i answered to verti sorry I meant heaters E0 and E1. T0 was set up in the configuration tool.thank you very much as accurate as i can be.

T0 was set up in the configuration tool.
this is not reflected in your config

@Veti
Quote from Duet3D "mitigating the problem" USB ground loops
Pass the USB cable a few times through a ferrite ring, or use a USB cable that has a ferrite ring fitted already, or buy a split ferrite bead and clamp it over the lead. This mitigates the effect of ground transients. -
thats only mitigation. what is wrong with your wifi anyway?
-
@Veti
Don't know what to say, Board was working one day and then not the next and i hadn't touched the config.g file. -
@larabe
what is the error message that you are getting from the wifi modul? -
@Veti
I was not able to get wifi going at all so proceeded to use usb while i tried to get the wifi going.
of three boards i have this is the only one I cannot get connected to wifi.
