I have had great difficulty printing with this upgrade of my Tronxy.

      1. Repeatable z=0 after repeated trigger hight calibration random results som good prints many bad due to the initial layer height
      2. Constant error that does not affect the ability to print except mesh values do not seem to be used aerror 1.PNG
      3. Heating fault at first just when heating from room temp. E3D Lite hotend with 24 v cartridge. ran Autotune but the error continues aerror 2.PNG

      Help, please

What type of Z probe are you using? You have commented out the line for BLTouch so I presume you are using a different type.

Constant error that does not affect the ability to print except mesh values do not seem to be used

I think those errors are coming from one of your homing files, most probably either homeall.g or homez.g. Please post those files.

Heating fault at first just when heating from room temp. E3D Lite hotend with 24 v cartridge. ran Autotune but the error continues

See the wiki page on spurious heater faults, which is in the Troubleshooting section.

          Thank you for your reply.
I am using an original BL Touch I saw that I should use the P5 parameter so I commented out the M558 P9 to try the P5 Should I not use P5? I had problems with my home all this convoluted version is the only thing that would work. I received errors when I tried to hone the X and Y at the same time.

          ; homeall.g
; called to home all axes
          ;
          G91 ; relative positioning
          G1 Z5 F6000 S2 ; lift Z relative to current position 5mm
G1 S1 X-335 F1800 ; move quickly to X axis endstop and stop there (first pass)
          G1 X5 F6000 ; go back a few mm
G1 S1 X-335 F360 ; move slowly to X axis endstop once more (second pass)
G1 Z5 F200 S2 ; raise head 4mm to ensure it is above the Z probe trigger height
          G1 Z5 F6000 S2 ; lift Z relative to current position
G1 S1 Y-335 F1800 ; move quickly to Y axis endstop and stop there (first pass)
          G1 Y5 F6000 ; go back a few mm
G1 S1 Y-335 F360 ; move slowly to Y axis endstop once more (second pass)
          G1 Z-5 F6000 S2 ; lower Z again
G90 ; back to absolute mode
G1 X165 Y165 F2000 ; put head over the centre of the bed, or wherever you want to probe
G30 ; lower head, stop when probe triggered and set Z to trigger height

          ; homez.g
; called to home the Z axis
          ;
; generated by RepRapFirmware Configuration Tool v2 on Sat Aug 17 2019 17:57:39 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)
          G91 ; relative position
          G1 Z9 F6000 S2 ; raise z by 9
          G90 ; absolute position
          G1 X136 Y149 F6000 ; go to first probe point
G30 ; probe the bed using z probe to find Z0
          G1 Z15 F5000 ; raise z to 15

Resolved? Repeatable z=0 after repeated trigger hight calibration random results som good prints many bad due to the initial layer height
I remounted the BL Touch to make sure the bottom collar was 8.3mm above the table. I reset the trigger height using Max Nippard's 10/27/2018 suggestions on the https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probe page His suggestions made much more sense than the page content. My only issue was that he stated, "your trigger height result (should be between 0 and 1mm, depending on your printer." My trigger height was 2.16mm. But it works! I also changed my P5 Back to P9.

A constant error that does not affect the ability to print except mesh values do not seem to be used
This error was caused by G code script added by my slicer Simplified 3D after editing that error is gone.☺

Heating fault at first just when heating from room temp. E3D Lite hot end with 24 v cartridge. ran Autotune but the error continues
?? It seems fixed: I replaced the thermistor and changed out the aluminum block for a copper one. Copper maintains heat better but for the same reason, It takes longer to heat (pure desperation). I then ran autotune again remembering to do an M500 afterward. A word of caution to anyone reading this and deciding to use the M307 for heater parameters in the config.g; Do not forget to comment out the M307 for that heater in config-overide.g If you want the new settings to be used by the firmware.
I would appreciate comments on the 2.16 trigger height.
Thank you very much for your direction.
            Tom
