External Drivers - Duet 2 inputs and outputs for Homing?

I am using a Duet 2 to run a linear servo motor driven by an external driver (Granite Devices "Argon" - https://granitedevices.com/wiki/ARGON_Servo_Drive ).
In my mind, I need two things for homing:
1). Duet Tells Argon to Home (Output from Duet)
2). Argon tells Duet that homing is complete (Input to Duet)Is this thinking correct? If so, what I/O on the Duet board could I use for this?
