duex5 with shorted out fan 3

Chinesium blower fan wires came loose and shorted, now that fan output doesn't work. Any way to fix that? The fuse on the system is still intact.

If the fuse is still good it sounds like maybe a blown mosfet.

How good are you with a hot air soldering station?
That's not really my wheelhouse though.
