      Hey Guys,

I am looking for a solution to controll more then 3 fans with my Duet Maestro. I want the following:

      • Coldend, thermally Controlled
      • Part Cooling, gcode Controlled
      • Chamber, thermally controlled
      • electronics, thermally controlled
      • LED in Heater 2

I might use some Outputs and external mosfets for that and so on.
I Control the LED by Just writing to Pin 2.
But If I want to add Fans past fan2 the Firmware states that the number has to be between 0 and 2.
      Any was to avoid that.

      Thanks

Yes, use RepRapFirmware 3, which is in beta. Currently it supports up t 4 fans, but I can increase that if it helps.

PS - I just increase the maximum number of fans on the Maestro to 6 for the next RRF3 build.

I think I have to Switch to RRF3 in this Case...I knew, this time would come 😛
