      Thanks for your advise.
I leveled again the bed and i got better prices.
      A 0.25mm deviation is acceptable ?

post a picture of the mesh map.

also you apply the babystepping that you require to print to the z offset (be aware about adding its the opposite) so that the babystepping is not required.

my first thought would be to level the bed using the screws so that the corners are at the same level.

secound thought would be to increase the number of probing points. 16 points for a bed of your size might not be enough as it could easily hide imperfections on your bed.

that could mean that you are loading the bed leveling in the wrong order.
                        i.e. a G29 S1 before a G30

i take it you wanted to the rid of the springs. i did the same thing on my printer, but i uses 2 wing nuts to attach the screws to the gantry. that way i can still adjust the bed if required, but its sturdy otherwise.

Have you got a link to the manufacturer by chance ? I looked up the web site for filafarm but didn't see any upgrades for Creality printers. That looks very interesting ....

@Veti Do you have a picture of your setup with the wing nuts on the gantry ?
In my start gcode i have G30 and then G29 S1.
The think s that i managed yesterday to get the 1st layers consistent in all 4 corners (without any bed mesh leveling) but after a while a get warping (on PLA) . Even if i lower the nozzle to the closest to the bed that i can go i still get warping after several layers.....
I cannot understand if it is the filaprint the issue (maybe i must take it of and install a buildtak)....
