12v in, 12v out? If you send M122 in the gcode console, what does it say your voltage is?

Make sure the switch on the power supply is set to the correct voltage (120 or 240 volts)...if you're in the US and you have it set on 240volts then you will only be getting 1/2 the voltage output (12 volts) instead of the proper 24 volts.

The power supply is set to 115, and it was working sometimes but would drop off hour into a print. According to the M122 says min 23.3, current is 23.6. On the board its self is 12v.

Where exactly do you measure 12V?

@dc42 On the pins where the heater plugs in. I turned on heaters, and checked it before I got a fault and it shut them down.

Can you post your config.g and config_override.g (if you use it)? Perhaps your heater setting is running a low PWM duty cycle.

please verify with a voltmeter that you are getting 24v across the vin.

on the duet maestro there is no step down transformer that could transform 24v to 12v.
even if the you were to use pwm on the heater output. that is pulsed at 24v.
