duet 2 wifi sdcard not working

something going very weird..
i erase the bored and didn't enter any sd card, until here all is awesome.
after this the port change to be bossa port yay!.
now i enter the sd card only with sys and www folders with the firmware i want to install
i restart the printer and immediately it takes the printer name from the config.g from the sd and then a pop message appear "error m21" so i cant use again the command m997 since it say he cant find the file since in m122 code its saying 0 sd cards.
so bottom line we know that the sd card slot working so what can i do?
i tried enter sdcard with just www folder and in sys folder just the firmware bins with zero *.g files but in this case again no access to the sd card, but no pop message -
I don't think you're reading that link. You don't use m997 to install the firmware. You connect the board to your PC and use the bossa software to flash the firmware.
To confirm if that works connect via usb terminal and send m115 to get the firmware version.
If you're still getting SD card error and you have tried a new sd card I suspect something may be damaged.
-
i upload few images to show you what i mean,in the end i still cant access the sd card.
and yes i tried 2 more sd cards the same issue, and of course they all work good on the pc.
thats it ,i can say rip on the bored? -

it keeps telling me "SD card 0 detected, interface speed: 20.0MBytes/sec" when i use m122.
do keep in mind its quite early here, but I think that is perfectly normal. Its saying its detected SD card #0, but if it doesn't work then something is a bit odd.
Try running
M20
andM39

i cant see anything on the card via the panel,as i used to , and i cant add new network to the list..
but you gave me the first two command that gave me hope againM20
Begin file list<LF>NONE<LF>End file list<LF>ok<LF>
M39
SD card in slot 0: capacity 15.93Gb, free space 15.91Gb, speed 20.00MBytes/sec, cluster size 8kb<LF>ok<LF>still dont know what the hell he wants from me ..
-
An 8kb cluster size doesn't sound ideal. Try formatting it with the SD Card Formatter from the SD card association.
The card should be formatted with fat16 or fat32 with 32kb or 64kb cluster size.

M20
Begin file list<LF>NONE<LF>End file list<LF>ok<LF>this says there are no files on the card, could be related to what Phaedrux says if the computer says there are files on it

this is a bit strange, adding networks shouldn't depend on the sd card
-
First of all thank you both so much!!!
you found the problem!!.
i was so eager to solve this that i formatted the sd using windows for the "faster way".. that made the cluster 8k and i guess that some bug cuz it to not work on the duet and they all worked just fine on my pc.
so in the end i "just" format it as Phaedrux suggested and again upload all my files and the duet server is back online and the sd is accessible !!
so i guess they should add to error 21 description,"format it correctly idiot!" haha.so just to tell you again thank you very much for your time and effort dealing with noob like me .
