after enabling the wifi module, and entering the router setting when i go to the ip address it gives me i get a reject message

Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder
      please help.
could it be that i have a second printer running at the same time.

it would suggest the Duet Web Control files are not present on the SD card.

grab the file ending with -SD.zip and extract it so you have a file /www/index.html.gz on the sd card.

edit: ups, forgot the link 🤦 https://github.com/chrishamm/DuetWebControl/releases/tag/2.0.7

@bearer i went to github got the files you said, extracted it,and tried again. still says same thing. did M21 it says SDHC card mounted in slot 0, capacity 31.9GB<LF>ok<LF>
              M39 says SDcard in slot 0: capacity 31.9GB, speed20.00MBytes/sec,cluster size 167kb<LF>ok<LF>

Try M20 to confirm the Duet sees the files in the correct location , or check that the card doesn't have multiple partitions (although the card showing as 32g would suggest it may not be partitioned) (if the card works in a different printer it would more so suggest issues with the duet and sd card socket. maybe see if you can get a good macro picture of the solder joints on the sd card socket)

Hmm, still odd it mounts the card gets the capacity correct (assuming the capacity is shown correctly?) Confirm the capacity and see what you can do about a picture.

In any case I'm sure your friendly neighborhood administrator @dc42 will be along shortly with some insight.

Are you sure it says cluster size 167kb? That's not right.

But if the card works in another Duet the cluster size has to be OK, as well as the files present on the card?

Except its not, with two different cards.

@tdybare69 can you take a close up picture of the pins on the end of the SD card socket? I suspect poor soldering.

@bearer yes. maybe the board had to warm up. got me stumped. i have come across weirder things than that unfortunately.
