      What board and firmware version?

Can you connect via USB and verify that it's actually loaded up?

M115 will give the firmware version.
M503 will try to read the contents of config.g to verify that the SD card has loaded config.g properly at startup.
M112 will give a diagnostic report.

Maybe add M20 S2 P"/www" to the list?

And if everything looks good, the developer console in f.ex. chrome has a network tab to help identify issues as well.
(in chrome hit F12 key to bring up the developer console in a new tab then type in the url for the duet)

@Phaedrux So it will eventually load after about 15min and everything seems to be ok. Then I wanted to see if it was fixed so reloaded the page and we are back at the blank page

@Phaedrux I also seem to have just a ton of files in my system folder now. I have never seen this many before:

                    page 1.PNG page 2.PNG page 3.PNG

Looks like you might have accidentally placed the contents of the dwc zip file in the /sys folder instead of the /www folder.

no big deal. You have a backup of your SD card from before you started updating right?
