PanelDue checksum errors

hallo,
i have checksum Errors when the Printer heat the bed or nozzle. not when the axis moves or when no Job is running. the Frame and the psu negative Output are grounded. it is the duet 2 Ethernet and the paneldue 4.3 with Firmware 2.232 and 2051 fror the duet.

no one an idea ?
i checked more and i get only checksum errors when i heat the bed.
Frame and negative out from the psu are grounded. i use the 4 wire cable that was included of the panelduo. when i Interrupt the cable from the mofset to the bed i dont get Errors.is it possible that the psu (500w from the ender 5 plus) dosnt has enough power ? i saw on YouTube an psu test About this Printer and the result was that the psu doesnt has not enough power...the Errors (checksum error on line 412 and so on) appear after start the bed heating
rerouting the cable doesnt Change it and the Motor Driver are not close

@joeko I’d guess that your bed is in PWM heater mode, and the frequency is interfering with PanelDue comms. What M307 heater settings are in config_override.g?
Or you have a ground issue, and the bed is feeding voltage back. Is it a mains heater, or running off a separate PSU?
Lastly, could be a failing PSU that’s struggling when the bed is on.

I think it means it was an output stack overflow, which I think is caused by an unresponsive PanelDue, but could be wrong.Ian

hmm, there are no config_override.g …...
how do i create one ?what do you mean with mains heater ?
the bed is connect to a mofset and the duet bed Control this mofset. i have only one psu.today i saw the red light from the bltouch short flashing as i start the bed heating. but when is check the voltage from the psu i dont see big voltage droping when i heat the bed.

@joeko you have M501 at the end of your config.g and no M307 tuning, so I assumed you had them in config_override.g. If you don’t you’re using default parameters.
I didn’t see your other reply when I was writing mine, so was just speculating about the bed heater.
I think this is, as you said in your earlier post, an underpowered PSU causing the issues. I guess it’s reducing current but holding the voltage, somehow.

@joeko Thanks for the video link. Hard to say if that's the cause, but seems pretty likely the underpowered PSU is causing problems.
For tuning the heating of the bed and hotend (which should lead to more stable temperatures) see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Tuning_the_heater_temperature_control
You can do this for both hot end and heated bed, and you can use PWM heating on the bed rather than bang-bang. I'd wait until the new PSU is fitted, though.

I will do that after i received the new psu. But now i remind me that the bed is bang-bang controlled -
the new psu is fitted and there are no Errors when i heat the bed
with the stock psu i got after 1-2 minutes checksum Errors and now no Errors after 60 minutes
