      Hey all,

I'd like to make my duet go to sleep after X number of minutes. I looked up the sleep command, but it seems that only runs after a print.

Basically, I want to keep my printer always on (power button on), but shutdown stuff like motors, fans, heaters, and the paneldue when it is inactive for a certain period of time. Is there a way to do this? Or does it have to be added into the firmware?

      Thanks.

        Which firmware version?

RRF3 has logic that will allow you to cobble something together.

If not M0 and M906 and the I parameter is as close as you get i think

Which was just today said to be a week or so out, that'll give you more options to use logic to and runtime to set some idle threshold without having actually looked at the particulars.

@bearer Awesome, thanks. I'll look into it once I get RRF3 installed. Been really busy lately.
