Hi, my ir probe has stopped working, I've checked the wiring for continuity, nothing has changed in my config.g and I'm getting the 4 flashes on startup. any idea's?

@stewwy Almost certainly there is a poor connection on the sensor output pin. It's getting power (4 flashes at startup is correct). Does the LED trigger when you put something under it? If so, it just means the signal isn't getting to the Duet. Check the contact and crimping of the sensor output wire.

@droftarts No there is no trigger light, and I've checked for continuity, that was the first thing I thought of.

Did you get this working @stewwy?

I have just installed one on a mk1 Ormerod. All was fine to start with, but I am now in the same boat.
I get the 4 flashes, but nothing afterwards, even with a piece of paper underneath 😞

It sounds to me that the sensor has developed a fault. Please ask your supplier to replace it.
