Laser mode - last line laserhead moves without laser power

Hi all,
I finished setup of my machine with a laserhead. During tests I suffered a strange behavior. Last line in a sequence the laserhead is moving without laser power.
Adding an additional command line, again the last line is printed without power. All lines before are printed. I add some picures and the corresponding G-Code.
Left line of rectangle is missing. The G-Code is following: Laser-1-rectangle+circle.gcode
Left line of rctangle is printed but diagonal is missing. The G-Code is: Laser-2-rectangle+diagonal+circle .gcode
Now diagonal is printed but second diagonal is missing. The G-Code: Laser-3-rectangle+diagonal+2nd-diagonal+circle.gcode
Here laserpower was too high. Again last command line is missing. The G-Code: Laser-4-rectangle+diagonal+2nd-diagonal+2rd+line+circle.gcodeCircle in separate command block seems not to be effected.
My printer is Cartesian type with Duet ethernet 2 with firmware 3.01-RC8 .
Did anyone else figure out this behavior?

This is now fixed. I've put internal builds of RRF including the fix at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3azy1njy3ayjsbp/AACquxr2m00eV568RZg5QG5wa?dl=0. Use with caution!

First short test results look well. All segments are "printed" by the laser.
There were no other issues coming up during my test. It works like a charm.
Did not test CNC- and FFF-mode. Hope that I can do that tomorrow.
