Problem with temperature/heating faults
-
Hello, I'm writing to ask for help about a problem I've had for months, I've been desperate without being able to print practically anything, I can't think of anything else to do.
I've changed the temperature probe, I've also changed the channel. It makes sudden changes in temperature, both printing and not printing, is something random that I can not see any kind of pattern, I can not really think what else I can do.
The printer is a delta with a smart effector, I have changed the cable of the temperature sensor, I have shielded it with aluminum foil in case it had interference...
Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 2.04 (2019-11-01b1)
If anyone gives me a hint that I can prove it, I'd appreciate it. When we did the last PID this is the result:
Heater 2 model: gain 374.8, time constant 209.3, dead time 4.7, max PWM 1.00, calibration voltage 12.1, mode PID, inverted no, frequency defaultand I leave a gallery of photos with different faults that I have been compiling, I have had many, many more, I can no longer think of what to try

Hi,
wow , your pictures hide something strange.
also if is not related please update your firmware to the 2.05.1:
https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases
It fix several different bugs useful also for your delta.
Then..thermistor model?
Cartridge voltage?
Did you perform the auto-calibration with the heated bed on? (you must)
During it the fan is on , right?
With the right parameter in the M305 of config.g , did you perform the auto-calibration then M500 for save in the override.g the results?
Did you not override something with the slicer when you start the print , right?
