Stepper Wiring Question

Might be a newb question here. I have pre wired motors that I ordered off of amazon. After testing the wires it looks like they are A1 A2 B1 B2 (in the tech docs it says compatible with ramps board). I have had a lot of trouble with jogging and not getting the DBOT to function properly. After looking at the back of the duet wifi board it looks like the pins are A1 B1 B2 A2.
I am thinking I have to re-wire this to match the board?
If so, on the pre wired stepper any way of knowing which is A and which is B?

What model are the motors?

You could also use a multimeter to find out which is A1/2 A1/2.

The wiring order of the stepper motor connectors is the same on Duets as it is on RAMPS.

Great thanks DC42, I am guessing I just have the config.h set up incorrectly if that is the case. Back to the drawing board.
