    • Simplify3d and DuetWifi2 - Tool not selecting

I have been using simplify3d on past versions of DuetWifi, now with version 2 I cannot select the tool. I have my tool set up as T0 in Duet but when I select T0 or T1 for the extruder it doesn't select the tool and throws an error. Anyone have any idea how to select the tool?

    • BLTouch3 + Duet2 + RRPF3 Upgrade (not working properly)

I have found lots of posts on this and cannot seem to get my BL up and running after upgrading to the new board/firmware.

      • I have checked all the wires many times - same setup on rrpf
      • BL cycles as normal on startup with a solid light at the end
      • Z Home raises the bed but never deploys the pin on BL
      • Can't manually deploy or retract the pin and z-probe on UI says 1000 and is red.

I have to be missing something here with the new syntax - it was all just working before the upgrade. I do have to do a wire continuity test but hopefully it is just an issue with the new config.

      Here is my config:

      ; Communication and general

@dc42 Hey all - finally got time to pull it apart. I replaced the wires with a lower gauge wire and everything works perfectly again. Thanks for the quick responses.

      The issue:

    • Did my DuetWifi just die?

I printed fine last night - I have been running with no problems for the great half of the year. I uploaded a new print this morning to kick off and it gave me a driver error reporting on drivers 0 1 2 3 4 - so I rebooted it hoping it was just a glitch - no. The screen and all led lights are flickering.

First was to check the power supply and that is still staying consistent at 24v - and my lighting LEDs are on. Not sure what the issue could be - couple restarts, reseated power - no luck. See pics please.

As of right now I am dead in the water.
