      Hi
I had a failed print and checked to see what the issue was. Duet panel says Driver 3 short to ground.
An examination of the board shows a fried driver on the E0 driver. I've swapped the extruder over to E1 and all is fine again. Not sure why it fried. Is there anything I can do? The board is only 6 months old.

(Manufacturer's) Warranty is 6 months, so sounds like it may just be past that?

In any case if you don't need E1 for anything else then thats a perfectly reasonable workaround. If you still get errors on E0 you can disable the driver in the config M569 R-1 of if you need it fixed you can replace the driver chip or ask the community for help https://forum.duet3d.com/post/127089

I might have a go at replacing the driver. Thanks. Gutted though.

Check your purchase date, in case it's still in warranty.

              Ordered 25/11/2019
That would make it just inside 6 months. In warranty then? Bought it direct from duet3d.com

Thanks. I've submitted a warranty request.
I'm up and running on D4 for the minute but I had to disable my independent Z stepper setup to do this.
