I was updating the firmware on the PanelDue 1.1 when I broke off the usb port while pressing the erase button. Is there a workaround for updating it still or am I SOL?

It's possible to take a USB cable, cut the device connector off, and solder the wires on to the PanelDue controller. Or send me a PM and I'll do you a special price on a replacement controller.

Thanks, that was a good idea, I was able to flash the firmware on it. Need to find my glue gun to keep things like that in place….

You might want to shorten those exposed wires on the green, white and red. You don't want them to short to each other. Just trim and leave enough exposed for the solder joint.

I do need to clean that up, I've gotten sloppy at soldering. 😕
