Make sure you take G29 S1 out of your bed file and anywhere else you may have put it and delete your heightmap.cv file you will need to remake a new one when you get your probing sorted but that is probably hindering you at the moment so best get rid and remove all your start gcode from your slicer for now as its wrong we can sort that once your probing is accurate.
Also are you sure your rod length is exactly 440. not 440.### something ?

Performed G32 -> M665 -> M500 three times. no homing. Which resulted in this:
        Calibrated 9 factors using 16 points, (mean, deviation) before (-0.001, 0.016) after (-0.000, 0.013)
        Auto calibration successful, deviation 0.013mm

        M665:
        Diagonals 440.847:440.847:440.847, delta radius 212.607, homed height 432.734, bed radius 185.0, X 0.632°, Y -0.509°, Z 0.000°

All at 130 deg nozzle and 60 deg bed.

No signs of G29 in any file. Deleted my heightmap.

        Compensation in use: none

        unnamed.jpg unnamed (1).jpg

Still issues with dimensional stability and inconsistent nozzle height.

Thats good..now copy the height and the radius to your config one at a time click save then when asked if you want to
          restart click No
We haven't done a height map yet which we are getting to..

So once you have copied those 2 setting across..The most important being arm length.
We need to actually set the real height
We don't use 9 factor max 6 redo your bed file for 6 please

                @Carlo

So now you copied those to config.g
                switch machine off and on
heat the nozzle to 130c and bed to 60c run calibrate
Now we want an accurate height but you need to get that so you are going to get a feeler gauge 0.1mm or piece of standard paper sure you have gauges though and credit goes to another awesome user NexxCat for helping me
lower the nozzle to just only just touching the gauge read the height in dashboard and either add or subtract the remaining from your height H in config.g so when we command the nozzle to 0.1 it just touches the gauge/paper
so what ever is left subtract -the 0.1mm this may take a couple of goes then set your trigger to height in G31 line of config.g to Z-0.1
Once it consistently on command goes to 0.1mm then do G30 S-1 then G1 Z5 repeat these 2 steps a few times to get your trigger once its a consistent height always @ 130c nozzle 60c bed once you get your trigger height add it to your config.g G31 line
After this you won't need a config_override unless you have some changes you want in there (I don't use override)then do G28 and calibrate once calibrate is done do without homing G29 and that gives you your hopefully correct height map
Then try a test print but 6 factor bed file only the other reset your arm length which we don't want!

So the proccess going forward is once you switch machine on you home
heat your nozzle and bed make coffee do your calibration or G30 once thats done we don't re-home no need
you print and print if you re-home you need to run calibration before you print but only if you home everyone calibrates before printing it takes seconds and it will be part of your start gcode once we get you calibrated fully and I'll give you the start code and nozzle purge to copy into your Prusa slicer which is what I use

Before you do those above delete the override file again

This seems like you're using a smart effector. Ie: using the nozzle as the z probe. My smart effector has not arrived yet and will take some time to set up. Is this true?

Until then, I'll be using my switch probe with the trigger height of 16.8xx.
Can I just set up the trigger height as per described in this link?:
                      Calibrating_a_delta_printer

I'll give this all a shot and see how it goes.

Also, do you have that Slicer start g-code or just cut and paste the contents of bed.g?

I am using a Smart Effector but you don't print with the switch you still need to be able to have your nozzle go to the correct height and your rod lengths need to be accurate so only use the 6 factor bed file
process I laid out above is from that very document but instead of G92 Z0 we want your height to go to the correct heights without resetting them this will be better over all
Yes you can use that guide but make sure you call the 0.1mm height and it does go to that height after homing and before G32 only now during your initial setup or if you swap nozzles or make change which may effect the height
so this only needs to be done once without making changes.

Start Gcode includes a purge line for PLA adjust for other materials when you have a good ideal temp for them credit to the user NexxCat that helped me.
