What do you mean with different position? XY position, Z position, else? When you turn the printer or when you run which command/macro? After you set the endstops with your homeall macro or before?

So it seems it is not homing correctly. I will look into your files.

I wanted to ask, is all wrong (Z also), or only XY position?

Your speed is set very high
                  M203 X30000.00 Y30000.00 Z300.00 E1500.00
is 500 mm/s, so you may loose steps. You can check it by calling M122 after homing and look for hiccups. If the number is high, you lost steps.
I did not find errors in your config files.

                        You can check current setting
                        M906 X400 Y400 Z400 E800 I30
also whether a higher current is possible. Maybe you can find the stepper names on a label and check the current. Then you can set 50 to 80% of this current. Here is some information: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Choosing_and_connecting_stepper_motors
But M203 was too high in any case.
