So, I guess I got the programming part sorted but it is not outputting all the voltage for some resin when it is only connected to the power supply.
but the other voltage works when it is connected to the computer

u3 has a hole in it.

@bearer Yes, I was figuring out how to insert the image and when I wanted to delete it, I was not able to because I replied to my-self which made the post effectively having a reply. Post with a reply is not able to be deleted.
