    Hi Everyone,

I'm a noob in the Duet3D world and RRF and I got myself a Duet 3 6HC to replace and SKR 1.4 on my Ender 5 Plus printer.

I've found several threads about the 5 plus but mainly using the Maestro board so was wondering if anyone had tried this configuration or if for those experienced enough if they could let me know the best way to proceed with the installation and configuration of the board?

    Thanks in advance

Unless the old thread are using RepRapFirmware v3.x (as opposed to 2.x) then the configuration will differ a little, and the pin names will in any case be different on the Duet 3 6HC compared to any Duet 2.

Having said that if you plug the relevant bits into https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/ and make sure to select Duet3 board and match your wiring to the pin names you chose in the config tool any guide for Maestro should be "close enough" .

If the old guides / threads are refering to RRF 2.x then https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/RepRapFirmware_3_overview#Section_Summary_of_what_you_need_to_do_to_convert_your_configuration_and_other_files is your guide to convert to RRF 3.x
