@Fabián Okay, you're running firmware 3.1.1, and your config.g is correct for this version. If the temperature sensor is still showing -273, you need to post a picture of your wiring. Also note that you are using the default thermistor, which may not be the same as your actual thermistor. Please post what thermistor you are using.

Try sending M308 S0 to show the thermistor settings. I think you may need to change the Y parameter from Y"termistor" to Y"thermistor".

@Fabián It looks like the thermistors are not being linked to the bed or tool. Can you post your config.g again, as it appears now?

Also send M308 S1 to check the second thermistor.

el termistor es el original de Titan aero E3D , conectado al E0 de la placa duet2 y la cama caliente es de silicona 220v/750w aliexpress china que viene con su termistor colocado sin datos , esta conectada a un mosfet externo

@Fabián For the heated bed, change the order of commands (M140 must come after M950, but before M143):

                        M308 S0 P"bedtemp" Y "thermistor" T100000 B4138 R4700 ; configure sensor 0 as thermistor on pin bedtemp
M950 H0 C"bedheat" T0 ; create bed heater output on bedheat and map it to sensor 0
                        M307 H0 B0 S1.00 ; dissable bang-bang mode for heater and set PWM limit
                        M140 H0 ; map heated bed to heater 0
                        M143 H0 S120 ; set temperature limit for heater 0 to 120C

If you can find the specification of the thermistor that is in your heated bed (maybe the AliExpress link?), post the details and we can update the M308 with the correct values.

For the hot end, your tool does not have a heater/thermistor defined! Change to:

                        M563 P0 S"Hotend" D0 H1 F0 ; define tool 0

For an E3D Semitec 104-GT2 thermistor (used in the Titan Aero), change M308 to this:

                        M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4725 C7.06e-8 ; configure sensor 1 as thermistor on pin e0temp

You will also need to tune the hot end heater and bed with M303 to get accurate values for M307; see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode?revisionid=HEAD#Section_M303_Run_heater_tuning

@Fabián looks good. Does it show correctly on PanelDue and DWC now?

@Fabián -273 usually means disconnected, 2000C means short circuit. If you have a PT100 fitted instead of the Semitec thermistor, it does have very low resistance, and would read high.

But it’s strange this shows on the PanelDue and not on DWC. What version DWC is this? Go to System > General.

Also, please take a picture of your Duet and wiring, and show where you have plugged in bed thermistor and hot end thermistor.

Another way to test temperature readings is to connect a 100k ohm resistor in place of your thermistor. You can do this direct on the board. With your settings, it should read 25C.

Probando directamente con una resistencia de 100K marca en los 2 paneles lo mismo no varia , mido con el fluke la resistencia del termistor de la cama mide 97,6 K, y la resistencia del termistor del hotend 98,7 K
