Quick fire question - change wifi network / AP / router

So Duetwifi running 1.18
Have installed a new router. What is the established procedure for changing the wifi SSID and password I am connected to?

You could do what I did Simon and change the SSID of the new Router to be the same as the old one (If it will Let you otherwise I think you have to bring the Duet up in default AP Mode then set it up as you did when it was new?
Can't remember how now but there is a thread I started about 6 months or so ago re this issue and DC did comment in that the procedure?

Thanks Doug. Worked a treat, just shutdown my other routers, and the restarted the wifi server on the duet from the paneldue.
Ought to add this to the wiki really.
So to summarise for others searching later.

turn off the router you are currently connected to
(If this is not possible putting foil over the wifi antenna on the duet wifi might work - careful not to short anything! -
M552 S0 from paneldue or usb host such as pronterface

M552 S1 from paneldue or usb host
Wait for a minute or so, then "duetwifi" will appear as an access point.
Connect to it from smartphone/laptop, then go to 192.168.1.1 in browser and choose the new wifi SSID, enter the password and optionally chose name for your machine.

simple down and dirty set up/reset
Plug in your Duet to your computer
Run Pronterface or equivalent
Type M552 S0 in the Gcode Console in the application(Pronterface or equivalent)
It should say wifi server shut down or something in that respect
Then type M552 S1
It should say its starting up, once it has stated up look on your computers or phones wifi list and select "duet wifi"
Once connected to "Duet Wifi" open browser and go to 192.168.1.1
Once it opens select desired wifi network and enter password
It will say ready to reset
Send M552 S0 in GCode console again
Let the wifi server shut down
Send M552 S1
Once the wifi server is finished starting up it will give you the new IP address for the duet on the new router.This is the setup use due to moving my printer from one site to another for demonstrations.

Thanks pogo1213 but you missed a bit, you have to rename/shutdown your current wifi AP (which duet is currently linked to) for the wifi server on the duetwifi to switch back to AP mode, otherwise it starts up and just connects to the currently configured router.
I think in 1.19 onwards the more detailed wifi commands will be enabled. I.e. set static IP, Mac address etc…
I decided to add a dedicated router just for my printers, with its own SSID on a wifi channel not clashing with my existing home wifi setup to see if I could make wifi more reliable. Its not really the duetwifi I struggle with but I have 2 machines with Octoprint and they don't stay connected that well.

I move printer from building to building so its never seeing the old router so thats why it works for me. I appreciate the run down Ill keep note of it.

For Ubiquiti users you can "block" the duetwifi then unblock when done. That works, I just tried it.

If the new SSID is also managed by the same Unifi managemnt console, go to Insights and unblock the DuetWifi

I have 3 access points in my house and moved the printer from one side to the other. I have static SSIDs on each AP to ensure that static devices do not roam to another if signal is affected. I put off changing SSID for so long but that was the simplest method. -

The 1.19beta firmware allows multiple access points to be set up on the Duet WiFi, although configuring them isn't yet as easy as I would like.
