Maestro SD Pinout?

Hi guys. Is the SD port/pinout the same as whats on a PC mother board? The reason I am asking is to mod the port to accept a USB 2.0 thumb drive rather than a SD card. Just a thought.

The micro usb port!! Can you not transfer file through it? Maybe user, micro usb to USB. humm

no there is no support for usb otg there. also there is not support for the usb protocol, if you replace the sd slot with a usb port.
