Growling sound when turning on Duet Ethernet

When I turned the machine on for the first time after installing it I got a growling/surging sound. I did it twice and then was quiet. I shut it down right away just in case. I tried it one for time to see if it was a fan caught on something but, not fans were caught and the case fan and extruder fan are temp controlled.
Anyone have an idea were to look. everything is a fresh install so the skys the limit!

I presume it was a fan with a dodgy bearing. My delta does that at present, I need to order a new fan.
