New Duet 2 extruder not working

@Phaedrux on the back of the paneldue pc board it says V 3.0 and from memory I think its a 4.3" screen

@Phaedrux I removed the H2 command on home config as Veti suggested, then I reflashed the firmware as you suggested (twice) everything went well using Bossa, but no difference at all in homing behaviour, also paneldue set button does nothing as does console button. One thing I noticed when erasing paneldue, the paneldue screen did not change at all. I would have thought it would have gone blank or something

Yes it should have gone blank I think.
You say it went well in Bossa. What did it do?
It verified the firmware OK?
Afterwards did the touch calibration points come up?
If the touch panel isn't responding correctly it may be a problem with the paneldue.
Does the home all from the DWC work better now?

@Phaedrux Bossa verified the firmware just fine,it did exactly what the tutorial says it should do for firmware reload. , when I pressed the reset button on the paneldue I get a dingdong from computer but nothing changes on paneldue screen. No calibration points just the same home page, in fact its the only page Ive ever seen on the paneldue . Do you think this is a clone paneldue as well??. The homeall on DWC behaves exactly the same as before, ie it moves diagonally to x end stop and stays there. I havent written new homeall config yet as suggested by Veti, ive only removed the H2 from x and y lines

@Phaedrux I have made new config homeall as per Veti,s guide and the DWC now homes all fine, however the paneldue does not, whichever home button I press on P/d it activates the homeall button, which is something you spotted in the video, then it homesall and then tells me error Bad command G90 and as I stated I cant bring up any other page on P/d to try and see whats going on. Also I went thru process of reinstalling firmware on P/d with same result

If it was purchased along side the aliexpress duet, then yes.
It definitely sounds like something is wrong with the touch calibration or digitizer on the screen. Replacing the screen component itself might be enough, but I'm not sure there isn't something wrong with the electronics portion either.
You could try going back to the aliexpress reprapworld store for an exchange/refund.

Well that's something at least. Even without the paneldue you can hopefully successfully print.

@Phaedrux where would be the best place to buy a new paneldue, cause I really want to use the sd card inP/d to print, saves having a computer in workshop

@Phaedrux Thank you guys for all your help, awesome stuff, Ive learnt lots, Im currently in negotiations with ali baba, over panelduue, Im in Newzealand so we dont have Duet store here., im sure Ill be back in touch sometime. Thankyou
