Hi, is it possible to connect the Dyze Sentinel to the Rotating Magnetic sensor? Will the logic of the Dyze be correct?

That has a 3.3V logic high for present and 0V for absebt, where as the filament monitor expects a NC switch, so the pin connected to ground when filament is present:

"the optional filament present switch: 1 if the input is high (meaning no filament is present) and 0 if it is low"

so the logic is the opposite from the Dyze.

You can use a simple microswitch in a housing that holds the switch closed when filament is present though.

I thought that might be the case, I was hopefully there was a setting to invert the logic. Thanks for confirming though 🙂
