    Can someone please point me in the direction of turning a Chinese idex into a duet powered Chinese idex?
    Parts purchased so far:
    #noclones
    (1)Duet3 6hc
    (1)Duet3hc expansion board
    (2) duet tool 1lc
    (4) dsum 15pin 3 row female
    (1) 7” duet display

      i dont think there a special instructions for that.

      there is a guide for an ender 3 pro

      so you have to wire the parts step by step and test each one.
      if you are stuck, please ask specific questions an we will try to help you.

            If the toolboards each have a stepper driver, do I need the 3hc expansion board?

              Only if you need more stepper drivers. If you have many tool boards maybe the tool distribution board would make more sense.

                It has only two extruders, trying to keep boards and wiring to a minimum, more parts=more things to break. @Phaedrux
