Dragonfly Adapter for the Smart Effector

I wanted to mount my Phaetus Dragonfly BMO on my SE. So i created this adapter

The overall lenght is like a V6. So you can use all V6 Fans etc.

I printed it in PA-15CF.

are you happy with the dragonfly printing results?

Yes.

Its a nice upgrade if you have a normal V6 running.
If you have a copper heaterblock and a titanium heatbreak i dont think the benefits are that high.

what part cooling fan and hotend fan mount are you using?
i am still looking for a good combination.

i am printinng no PLA so the cooling is not that important!

as far as i understand, the dragonfly does have the 4 screws at the top.
maybe its an idea to use them to fix the mount to the heatsink?

Yes that would work But then you have to adjust the height of the fans. I am lazy so

If you have a Volcano Hotend you can use this Screw Adapter
