Duet 3 (RRF3.101) P.I.N.D.A v2 Setup
-
How would you go about setting up a P.I.N.D.A v2 on a Duet 3 (RRF 3.1.1) ?
Not set anything up yet just starting on with the basic configuration from the online configuration tool.

Take a look at this post?

Thank very informative but it doesn't go into how you use the temperature offset on the probe.

Did you intend to delete your original post?
What do you have setup for M558 at the moment?
Did you configure the temp sensor for the probe yet? -
No I dident mean to delete.
I have not set anything up as of yet just playing with the default config from the online generator.

To use the thermistor you'd use G31 S and H parameter to specify the temp coefficient.
https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode?revisionid=HEAD#Section_G31_Set_or_Report_Current_Probe_status
Optional parameters 'S' (temperature in oC at which the specified Z parameter is correct, default is current temperature) and 'C' (temperature coefficient of Z parameter in mm/oC, default zero) can be set. This is useful for probes that are affected by temperature. In RRF2 the bed temperature reading is used. In RRF3 you must specify which temperature sensor to use in the H parameter.
