      Hi all,
      I have a problem that in webContro{duet 2 wifi}l all files are multiplied several times. For example if i create a filament (ABS) I get numerous files named ABS and also in system editor tab all files are multiplied n-times.
      Interface is upgraded to 3.1.1 and firmware is 1.21.
      It is very annoying and if someone has a solution I would appreciate if he/she shares it with me.

      How I see it;

        Your firmware and web interface are very out of sync. Either update your firmware to match the web interface, or roll back the interface to match the version for 1.21.

          This is the current state;
          WebControl 4.PNG

          And it does not help at all.

          I started with basic setings and I have this problem (multiple files) from the begining.

          Which wirmware and which web interface you suggest?

            Is this a new build or an existing printer?

            If it's a new build it would be a good opportunity to move to RRF3.

            If it's an existing build it might be best to upgrade to RRF 2.05.1 which is the latest older firmware that doesn't require any config file changes. And then you would be ready to move to RRF3 when you're ready.

            Since 1.21 is pretty old firmware at this point the update process is a bit more involved. See this post for instructions on updating from 1.21 to 2.0 to 2.05.1 and beyond.

              I,m upgrading an existing printer which is still running on Anet A8 and Marlin sw.
              Changing config is not new to me, because i have a custom built printer so i learned a lot with changing Maril basic and advanced config to get the ''monster'' running.
              But this is something new to me so obviously i have some learning to do.
              I'll try with updating to 2.05....>
              Thx for the link.

                Now i think i have to configure reprap again (for 3.0 or later), because currently it was configured for 1.2.
                Correct??

                  Yes,

                  you have to change some commands in your config.g
                  The changes you need to do are outlined in the RRF3 Documentation.

                    It may help if you create a fresh config set using the web config generator tool.

                    https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Start

                    This would give you a good starting point. You could then add any modifications from your old config.

                      Will go with this option first.

                      Thank you for your advice! I allready downloaded the files from github so i have a bit of inside look but i think I'm a bit too short at the moment so automatic generation for me.
