who can i mail this 6hc to to get it fixed

When and where was the Duet 3 purchased?
Certainly if it's defective we will replace it under warranty, but first we should check to see if we can get it working.
What do you have on the SD card when trying to run in standalone mode?
Have you tried clearing the Duet 3 firmware and seeing if it will flash with Bossa as described here?

@Phaedrux the mb has been reflashed with bossa. Not sure if it worked yet because I cannot get the DWC to connect to it. Or it to the DWC. the paneldue won’t connect to it either. I’m going to do a fresh install of duetpi tomorrow afternoon and go from there. Btw, The diag led on the 6hc constantly flashes. Not fast really, just a consistent constant flash.

@Phaedrux the main board was purchased through matterhackers mid nov. 2020 the panel due and 3eb from printed solid. Same time frame.

@bam said in who can i mail this 6hc to to get it fixed:
the mb has been reflashed with bossa.
given you have been able to flash it, the same computer and cable would be likely to still work (but I'd still try a different computer/cable after erasing)
if the paneldue isn't connecting in standalone mode (with it enabled in config.g) to send M997 as an attempt at reflashing the board with firmware from sd card you've got nothing to loose by trying to erase the board and seeing if that allows you to flash with bossa again.
ref https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Getting_Started_With_Duet_3#Section_To_update_via_USB_using_a_Windows_host for instructions on using the erase jumper if you haven't tried that already.
the bootloader in the cpu is in read only memory so you can't really break the bootloader (flashing diag led indicate running firmware normally, so it will not show up in bossa)

If you've flashed it once already then try and connect to it via YAT terminal software to see if it will respond to commands. If so, then try getting it running in standalone mode before adding the Pi into the mix.

You'll need a fresh SD card that you can put the folder structure on and a config.g in the /sys folder. The DWC files in the /www folder etc. Put that in the Duet and try and boot it. It should get an IP address from your router you can connect to.

getting YAT online now

That's a good sign. Now if you get an SD card in the Duet you should be able to get to the web interface.

So ive gotten the mainboard on 3.3.1, the panel due on 1.24 and the pi now talks to the mainboard. {paneldue just says connecting}. may have to send a paneldue interface code or something, not sure yet. right now im trying to figure out how to get the 3hc on the right firmware

Once you set an address you can use M122 B# to get info for it
