V 3.2 Firmware Heatbed PID tuning doesn't seem to finish

I ran the M303 command to re- pid tune after upgrading to V3.2. The tool 1 extruder tuning seemed to work fine but the bed tuning seems to get stuck on phase 4 - or is taking an extraordinary time to finish.

This is the command I sent - M303 H0 S60.

.........Or with a 10mm thick, insulated bed more like 2 hours (I know from experience).
