      Hello duet-Familiy,

I did the first steps from Duet-Dozuki, ti get connected to the Duet Board. Next I've updated the Firmware to Version 3.2
After that I made the basic configuration with the "configtool.reprapfirmware"

Now, after wiring everything I have some strange problems with the duet board and with my heated bed.

When I'm turning on or off my heated bed in the web controll nothing changes on the heated bed output ports.

(When I'm switch on/off the heater 0 from my extruder the voltage changes from 0V to 24V.)

is it possible that the duet board is damaged?

I will upload my wiring plan in a few minutes

      Thank you for hearing me.

@heinrich-platau I you're using a Duet 3 6HC, you need to supply power to OUT0 POWER IN for OUT0 to work.

What is the voltage and wattage ratting of the bed heater?

The only time I use an SSR is when the bed heater runs off line voltage.

                Frederick

The voltage is 24V (power supply, duet board and heated bed)
The wattage from the heated bed is 850W. (400x400mm bed size)

Then it makes sense to take the load off of the Duet.

It's a little hard to tell from the photo but the red lead from the power supply (positive) seems to be connected to the negative connection on the SSR and the positive connection on the SSR is connected to the bed heater.

IF that is the case I think that is the problem - the connections to the SSR need to be reversed.

                    Hi Frederick,

Thank you very much. That worked out. Now I can switch the heated bed on and off.

                    May I ask another question.

When switching the heated bed on, after some seconds my duet board responds:

ERROR: Heater 0 fault: temperatur rising much more slowly than expected 1.8°C/sec

does that mean, that I have selected the wrong Thermistor Type in "configtool.reprapfirmware" ? Or is this a tuning question?

Have you run the bed heater tuning procedure?

                          @fcwilt Thank you Frederick.

Now, after auto tuning, the heating bed works fine.
