I am developing a machine, which will have additional electronic parts like bigger fans, led light and syringe extruder. I need to connect end-stop sensors to the extruder motors, please help

You need to be a log more specific about what you want to connect.

There is a lot of information in the hardware overview of the various different mainboards:

I plan do add a syringe extruder. Which will work via ordinary NEMA17. I need to add an end-stop sensor to stop the extruder motor when the plunger of the syringe will reach the bottom. Maybe the same connection for the filament runout sensor for an ordinary 3D printer will work?
I wonder, where I should connect it and which modification I should implement on firmware.

Sounds like you could configure a it as a filament sensor switch to do what you want. When the switch is pressed it would indicate that filament is out and then pause.
