        Those items are called ferrules.

        Here is the crimper:

        Ferrule Crimper

        You can buy sets of the ferrules on Amazon as well.

            Is it possible to have too many tools? I was always told that more was better.

                Thank you for that. I never realized that they were color coded. I've always just used the smallest size that the stripped wire would fit into.
