        Is configuration correct?

          Can you provide the results of M122 and M98 P"config.g"? That would give us a good starting place.

          There are some guides for using a duet with the Ender 3 that may be helpful to you. The Ender 3 and 5 are quite close.

          The part cooling fan probably doesn't work because it's set to be thermostatically controlled to turn on at 45c.

          Change this M106 P0 S1 H0 T45 to M106 P0 S1 H-1

          what exactly doesn't work with the bltouch?

                That's for firmware 2.x your current config is for the more recent version 3 firmware.

                T100 mena sit won't turn the hot end heat sink fan until it's 100c which is hot enough to cause jamming. T45 is a better choice.

                        Send M122 and M98 P"config.g" in the gcode console tab and post the results.

                        Also please describe what isn't working.
