I have a Duet Ethernet. My delta will not home because my end stops are always triggered. There are no LEDs for the endstops and no 3.3v on any of the pins. The 3.3v led is lit on the front of the board. Does anyone have any pro tips to fix my issue?

Are you using microswitches? If so are you using the normally open or normally closed contact on the switch?

I am, just figured out by looking at schematic of board, need pin 1 and 3. I was on 2 and 3. 2 and 3 does not work…Confirmed. 1 and 3 DOES work.

This is covered at https://duet3d.com/wiki/Wiring_and_hardware_differences_from_RAMPS_etc. and https://duet3d.com/wiki/Connecting_endstop_switches.

Yes, Duet uses the layout common with RC stuff which is setup to not kill things if you plug it in backwards (just won't work). The legacy 8-bit boards pin-out can result in VCC being sent to a signal pin or ground if plugged in incorrectly (bad). I prefer David's way (long time RC guy), he also uses locking connectors which is another smart move.
