    During forum sign up / new account creation the Terms of Use (TOU) text shows HTML code for Unordered list (UL) and line items (LI) rather then rendering them.

    After signup is complete and I was directed to profile page I see a modal in bottom right that displays what looks to be placeholder code rather than actual Title and Message text.

    Just thought forums admins would want to know.

          The forum software changed form HTML to markdown for TOU, must have missed that part of the changes file! Now fixed

          I think that odd desktop notifications is only displaying on first logins, I can recreate it right now.
