Can people post what your M92 settings, particularly for Extruder(s).
I have a mini kossel with direct drive extruders.
For some reason my steps were set to 150 for the extruders. I've been working to reduce steps, currently at 100, curious to know what others are using.

I am using 2700 step/mm, but then I have a geared remote direct drive.
So I am sure it is not much use to you.

Why don't you measure the extrusion length and adjust your steps accordingly?

Put a mark your filament, say 11cm from top of extruder, then extrude 10cm. In a perfect world you should now measure the mark at 1cm. If not then adjust the steps for the extruder. Here's a video describing this, the fun starts at 04:00. He uses 10 and 20 cm marks:

I am right at a 100 for my direct drive. I did calibrate it like mentioned above.

Ungeared extruders are probably around 100, titan at 400-500, but you have to measure filament in, and then adjust accordingly, its going to change depending on pinch wheel tension and filament in use.

If you're using ungeared its worth using 1/32 microstepping to reduce pulsing artefacts at low extrusion rates.

Steps seem very extruder/stepper specific to me. My three extruders are set as follows.

                E310 Reprap pro geared extruder
                E143.5 for direct drive (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:275593)
E837 for titan with 1.8 stepper motor.

You're best to do the extrude 10cm test and measure it, make sure you extrude slowly though as too fast can give off results.

I am getting artifacts on some edges. Retraction does not seem to help.

I can also go 128 micro stepping..?

                    To make it 32,
                    M350 X16 Y16 Z16 E32:32:32 I1

Then adjust M92 settings for extruders to be double the old?

You wont gain anything going above 32 for your extruder

If you set the steps/mm with M92 assuming x16 microstepping before the M350 command, then the steps/mm will be adjusted automatically by the M350 command.
