Screwed Up .. How to recover?

So hooked up and set WiFi and tested.. Unfortunately I was using the config that came with the board.. Changing over to Prusa I3 config, I overwrote the config with the one on the sd card but did it through the web control. It asked to reboot I said ok and then it lost the wifi .. DO I need to start all over again with the USB and reset Wifi.. Is the config on the sd card going to work or do I need to change that as well? AT this point I am lost on how to proceed ..

Have you tried sending M552 S1 to the board? Perhaps your new config.g file doesn't contain that command.
