SORT BY has mix of english and russian

I see some Russian in one of the drop down menus .

using the above link and go over to the right and click "Sort By"
there are two similar lines
the first one , do you see "Начиная с новых тем"?
tried two different computers Edge, Firefox and Opera all report the same ,
